Guyana is experiencing the most significant economic transformation in the Caribbean since Trinidad & Tobago's oil boom of the 1970s. Oil production exceeding 900,000 barrels per day, a government-mandated local content programme, and inbound investment from the world's largest energy operators have created an urgent need for world-class industrial infrastructure in Berbice.
R6 Industries exists to build that infrastructure. The Berbice Industrial & Logistics Hub — a 187.5-acre deep-water port and 60-unit industrial estate on the Berbice River — is our response to that demand.
Our model is simple: we build industrial real estate, we lease it on triple-net terms, and we maintain it. We do not take equity in our tenants' businesses. We are the landlord, not the operator. This discipline produces durable, predictable assets that serve their tenants, their communities, and Guyana's long-term industrial ambitions.
